I need a part that no one sells in order to get car inspected. I called every store, checked online, and asked many mechanics, still nothing. Now what? By the way, the part is a Camshaft Position Sensor for a 2007 Saab 9-3t.

try posting on some SAAB owners sites, and if that doesn't work, try some used parts places or wrecking yards.
