Remove the whole column from the car and dissasemble it on the work bench. Once you remove The steering wheel and turn signal switch you will see how the upper bowl is retained with bolts. The rest of it comes apart from the bottom with snap rings. What kind of a problem does it have? One or more the photos in this link might match your car.
