My securityi system fob stopped working and the keys won't let me open the car manuallly

I stepped out the supermarket and lo and behold the fab would not open the car door. Nor would my key. I called triple AAA. They manually opened the door and I was able to start the car with the key once I was inside. I do have the problem of getting the fabs to work and keys to open the front doors. I called my mechanic and he siad he does not repair electrical systems or security systems. Who would I go to to get this fixed?
