My existing lease ends on 03/01/2020 - given the high MF and lack of incentives, would it make sense to extend my lease to say, 05/01/2020 and hope for better numbers? There is no fee to do so just the RV drops accordingly. I understand that no one can predict exactly what the MF or lease specials but I’m looking for anecdotes or guidance based on past experiences.
