Can not open door from inside or outside -'01 Metro

2001 Chevy metro
driver side rear door has problem.
I took panel off but still don't understand where the problem is.
I removed the panel from passenger side rear door to see the mechanism but still not clear.
I noticed the mechanism is not working properly in problematic door.

Is the Metro related to the Suzuki Swift? Maybe search for Suzuki door problems....
