Which Coolant should I use?

I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail-hawk. I'm not sure which engine coolant I should use. The cap on my coolant tank reads MS-12106 but the manual has MS-90032 (orange). These are conflicting with which engine coolant I should use. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
