Turns over wont start! HELP

I have a 1997 ram 1500 5.2 2wd. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and crankshaft sensor, tested spark and compression and have both. It turns over but will not start, I can smell the fuel when trying to start it. It has been running rough for awhile, misfiring and stalled a couple times at stops, acceleration was sputtery and I really just do not know what to check next.

Try holding pedal to floor while cranking see if it helps. Smell fuel is not enough.... Need certain amount fuel pressure.... Try spraying some carb cleaner into the throttle body and see if it starts runs few seconds then stalls. This have a distributor?
