Ticking

Hi I have a few things wrong with my Santa Fe but this constant ticking noise coming from the speedometer area is driving me crazy. It starts as soon as I start the vehicle and is constant until I turn it off. It sounds like a signal noise so I made sure all the signals and lights are working. Any other ideas?
