Folding Mirror Switch and Electronic A/C controls

Has anyone experienced the folding side view mirrors switch shorting out and at the same time the A/c control panel (electronic) not working so A/C doesn't work. All fuses check out except for the one behind glove box however it has been changed. Any ideas where to look next would be great!!!
