timing belt kit replaced, now running rough

replace timing belt kit, water pump, drive belt, etc
wasn't idling well. took it back. said it was fine. it isn't. taking back again tomorrow, running horrible.

    I feel like they are creating a slippery slope. is it as simple as they didn't get the timing belt on right?
