Why does my FM radio no longer work after the floor of my 2003 Lexus LS430 went briefly under water?

One of the taillamps is also shorting and the heated seats no longer work. Thanks.

    Sounds like corroded wires. A lot of them run along the floor. Going to be a mess to fix.
