Lost power to everything on Ford Explorer 06

I was trying to fix the screen on my radio
When I put everything back together, I found that I had lost power to everything
Any ideas

    If your battery tests out okay (not dead), its probably a loose plug. Double check the connections on the battery and make sure you tightened back up.
