Shift boot replacement

So I had a kid replace the heater core on my 2003 concorde with an auto trans. I noticed I can't get the key out of the ignition. Turns out the shifter knob boot is all messed up and keeps the shifter knob from going forward just far enough. For now I can pull the cover off and pull up the boot out of the way and get the key out.. but that's a pain obviously. Where can I get a new boot and/or how can I install it? Any suggestions?
