Replaced Battery

I replaced the battery on my 2002 SL2 and then as soon as I did that my off market siren and alarm went off eventhough if thasn't work for a long time anyways unfortunately I don't have the remote control all I have is the factory remote control. The issue is now the dashboard lights are going on and off I can hear the sound when you have the emergency lights going on, but they are not. I never had any issues with the electrical until I replace the battery. Besides that the car is working perfectly well is just the noise of the clikcing and the lights in the dashboard and gear box going on and off and I believed one of the front signal lights is going on and off as well. Please help?

Is there a fuse for the aftermarket system that you can take out to disable it?

Or have a place that does alarms disconnect it out of the system for you.
