Need Help

I have a 99 dodge Dakota Sport truck we recently had a sensor replaced in steering wheel because truck wouldn't crank so replaced that got a new battery been running great for over a week. Got up this morning for work everything comes on lights radio all that just wont turn over at all. What could be the problem
