    I'm a Kia Customer and just found out they are not extended deferral payments for existing customer beyond 5/31/2020. Hence, while I received deferral for my May payment (I lost my job in April) they are not actually allowing deferrals anymore. Or so I was told by a customer service rep this morning (6/4/2020). You might want to update your article. Thanks!

    Ford process is super easy, BUT they charge a fee for the privilege: the fee is about 30% of your normal payment. My payment is $518, that deferral fee is $155 for the single instance. Two months: $310. That's ON TOP of the normal payment. Nice, huh? Thanks for the help, Ford.
