Grand Cherokee Laredo tries to start by itself

Hey all. My Jeep will try to start on it's own, even when the key is not in the ignition; dash, radio, everything will come on too. Any ideas where to start with this problem? I've had electrical problems before and had the ignition cylinder replaced, so I don't think it's that.
