Help!!!!! Can't figure out this weird squealing noise!!!!!

This is a crazy squealing noise that can't be figure it. Please if anyone has any idea what it is please let me know.

    The first thing that comes to mind is the battery charge/assist reaction to your acceleration. As you accelerate you will most likely hear a whine noise lower in pitch and as you release off the gas pedal the noise will go up in pitch.
