2nd row seat belt issue

Why hasn't Edmunds noted in their review, the 2nd row seat belt issue with center and left had seats? I'm sure someone on this forum has had a problem with this vehicle not truly being a 5 passenger vehicle due to the configuration of the seat belt buckles for left hand and center seats. No way to safely buckle 3 passengers in 2nd row.
