I tried to talk to the afternoon happened and this guy kept telling me its probably a senior and I kept trying to tell him what happened and.of course it just a coincidence right? I will try and answer some of this but I have to say that it's going to be considerable guess work. Was the suspension system genuinely off the entire time of the service? It should not have deflated the air bags if that was the case and should have retained it's "curb height" that it was at before the tire service.

Before I got in my car I wasting next to one with a jack and there was another one pass anger.size and heard a loud bang and we looked at each other startled and the kids on the otherside just blew it off so you think the broke something?

This suggests that one of the air bags failed as it was trying to raise the vehicle. Sometimes that just happens to these with age, sometimes it happens if the system overinflates one or more of the airbags due to a fault in the system, or if the system is tricked into a default strategy. Have you ever opened a car door next to a sidewalk that was a little on the high side above the road? You then get into the car and when trying to close the door you realize that it is stuck on the curb? The air suspension system intentionally raises the body of the car a little when someone is getting into the car to try and prevent that from happening. Normally that isn't a problem, but with an airbag that is worn and due to be replaced it can suddenly fail and it makes a pretty good "BANG" when it fails.

I guess U like to text..... It might be fast with a cell phone but it isn't the best method of written communication. As I described above it "could be" that an error was made in the disabling of the system. It "could be" that is really just was an unfortunate coincidence that the bags failed when attempting to reinitialize the system. If I am reading what you wrote there incorrectly, please explain what you actually meant.

Someone will need to test/inspect the suspension system and see what is wrong and advise you from there. It's likely that you are due to replace the airbags. It is a common failure of this system.
