PORSCHE MACAN (ELECTRICAL ISSUES)

My wife drives a 2016 Porsche Macan and keeps it in impeccable condition. It actually has less than 40,000 miles. In the last few weeks, she's experience some electrical issues. Soon after starting the vehicle, the "Communications Management" system which controls the radio, the navigation and the phone just shuts down. I'm wondering if anyone with a Porsche Macan has experienced this type of issue. Thanks a lot for any feedback.
