1998 Cadillac Sedan DeVille won’t start

I own a 1998 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. I went out to start my car one morning and it wouldn’t start. Nothing! No clicks! No nothing. The lights work. The radio works great. But the car will not turn over. What could be the issues? Bad starter? Bad resistor in columb? Bad engine ground? Please help!
