03fordexpedition wheel shaking on high speed

I recently bought used 03 ford expedition eddie bauer 5.4L 2wd.
Its wheel start shaking really bad around 75 mph and higher. also traction control is not working on it.
can anyone tell me possible cause of it and how to diagnose it?
