2007 Acura TL - CD Changer Keeps Spinning

Hi everyone, I thought I would tap into our community expertise here. The CD changer in my 2007 Acura TL has been spinning nonstop whenever I have the car running. On the touchscreen, tapping "Disc" doesn't do anything, and pressing the Load and Eject buttons doesn't do anything either. I think there are 3 or 4 CDs in there out of 6. I can't even load another one to try to reset it.

Any suggestions?
