Rust near windshield

Hi everyone. I have a 2014 Rogue S with about 85,000 miles on it. It's starting to rust right above the windshield, presumably from rocks or something hitting the lip of the roof. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this seem like a DIY repair job, or should it be professionally taken care of at a body shop? One repair shop I took it to said they are starting to see a lot of Rogues with this problem.

    It should be done by a professional. You need to scrape that portion to bare metal.
