2013 Toyota Avalon: Need driver side armrest

The vinyl on the armrest is worn and torn. I called my dealer and they said it is a part of the inner door panel so I have to buy the whole thing for the armrest. I'm seeing the same at junk dealers via Google search. Does anyone know where I can get just the armrest? It's a light gray vinyl. I've seen replacement covers online but they don't have light gray.
