Looking for my old stang “LUCY”

Hi I am looking for my old race red 2013 mustang v6 that was flooded out in 2019 by tropical storm Imelda in Beaumont, Tx and would like to know if i have a possibility of finding it. It has white mustang rocker stripes, carbon fiber rear deck lid panel,an emblem that says “LUCY” above the rear brake light, and it also has 3.7 emblem on the fenders.
