Honda Accord 2018 Brakes?

Wondering if anyone has had issues with brakes on a 2018 Honda Accord. I just brought mine in to a Honda dealer for the first big service (sorry, can't recall the code but it was oil change and brake fluid flush) and was told the rear brakes have 3mm left and the front 7mm. I've only had the car 2 years (leased it new) and don't do a whole lot of driving (the usual errands around the city and stuff). I didn't get the brakes done - just wanted to see if this is a known issue.
