Resonator problem

The Turbo Resonator has on three occasions blown apart (separated) enough to cause loss of boost. The first time this happened the O ring going into the Resonator had split and I replaced it. After about 250 miles it blew apart again and this time it was the O ring going out of the resonator. Replaced that, limped homeward, and going up the hill on last 500 yard before home, jumped on it to see if it would hold together and it separated again. Did not blow an O ring but the connections holding the Resonator separated again. Pulled it apart and reconnected it.... it has power but not feeling very good about this constant separation problem.
