Delayed Start

Hello, I have a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country with delayed start issues. When I insert the key fob and turn to start, about 50% of the time nothing happens for about 5 seconds then the car starts or I have to turn the key back and try again. After a couple of tries, the car usually starts with no issues.
I lost an original key fob, replaced it from a third party and had the dealer (confirmed it was original) program it. When I use this key, the issues noted above are more prevalent and the car sometimes stalls on the road. This key fob is also super sensitive and we're always opening the hatchback by accident or when we try to open a side door, the hatchback opens.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
