low voltage

Hello,

I am new to forum I have a great mechanic but he is stumped. The g35 will start but no throttle for about 10 minutes. He then clears a low voltage code of some sort and the car is fine till you shut it down. The car sat and I put a new battery in and alternator was locked up I then sprayed w pb blaster to free it up and now the problems. He has swapped computers checked everything but replacing the alternator
