2008 Chevy Cobalt Manual door locks - door panel removal?

How do I remove the interior door panel to replace the manual lock top which broke off?

There are some hidden screws. One is in the door release handle under the little square cover. There are two in the door pull under a little cover in the bottom. After that it's all push clips that have to be pried from the door and then once the panel is completely loose, lift it from the top of the door window channel.
