Head unit died and is now working again

My head unit died about 2 years ago so I have no gps or phone use while driving but the radio comes on, Bluelink just keeps cycling.
Recently it is working again, although it takes a while for the Bluelink screen to go away and preparing navigation takes a while.
Will this keep working now or should i get a new head unit?
