starting problems - alarm related?

recently bought 2001 2500 ram with 5.9 it had aftermarket audiovox alarm sometimes will start and then not can turn it on and off a dozen times and then nothing. i let it sit and then will start,i replaced ecm i removed alarm,installed new battery ,battery cable terminals, all relays,and check all fuses. i need help!!!!!!!
