Charging Ports stopped working in Center Console

My USB charging ports in the console under armrest stopped working. I bought a new charging chord and of course that wasn't the issue. I was told it was a fuse. I started my search online for diagrams and answers to figure out which one to replace. So far every number, 12, 38, 68 are not in my fuse box. Can anyone tell me please which fuse to replace to fix this stupid issue? I don't have the money to take it to a dealership. I talked to someone at a Chrysler dealership and all the fuses he said it was are also not in my fuse box. I do know it's in the one in the trunk, but can someone tell me which fuse?

It is fuse #12 in the rear power distribution box according to the schematic I just pulled. Power to that fuse is controlled buy the run/accessory relay in that same box.
