Matthew 6.5 turbo diesel

Hi I have a 1997 6.5 turbo diesel 257k on i it I have a code which is p0236 and I already did the all the vacuum only things I haven’t changed is the wastegate and turbo. The code goes off in the morning but once I hit around 2200 rpm the light comes back I was wondering if anyone can help me with figure out what could be wrong

    When the code sets what is the desired versus the actual boost pressure shown in scan data?
