Suspension system upgrade/modification

Hi. I'm new to this forum.
I remember reading somewhere that there was a suspension system upgrade to the Buick Rendezvous'. Can anyone provide more detail on this? My recently purchased used Buick bounces a lot over the smallest bumps on the HWY and am wanting a more smoother ride.
I am not an auto geek so I totally rely on the honesty of mechanics to steer me in the right direction. I have been fortunate to find a few good honest mechanics out there. I live in zip code 94521 and would appreciate if anyone in this area can give me a good reference and if they would be qualified to do such a suspension system change out.
I called the Buick dealerships and they are so robotic & not helpful in any way. So frustrating.
