Why an Accord over other choices?

Apologies if this not ok or in wrong place. Looking for some intell from experts.

Looking to buy a new car... Camry, Accord, Altima, Kia, Hyundai, etc. For a '21 or '22, why Accord over other choices?

I'm also curious if owning or driving an Accord around feels different? Sometimes you can't tell what it feels like having one until it's too late (bc you bought it already).

Thanks much.

They are all fine options. Most important steps to me are to first sit down and list out what your important criteria are. Then go test drive (research first, there are tons of resources and Youtube test drive reviews).

Can't really go wrong with any of them. Some are cheaper, and they will have different personalities. You want sportier handling with a firmer ride? Or soft and cushy and quiet?

The Accord is a great car. Tends to be a little bit more of a drivers (sporty) car than some of the others. Might cost a little more than a Sonata or the Kia version, which are both new designs that just came out, and have gotten very good reviews. Can't go wrong with a Camry if you want a nice comfortable, reliable car.

which all goes back to listing out your important criteria, and budget, then seeing which fits best.

Oh, might as well add (I guess that would be the etc.) the Mazda 6 and Subaru Legacy, which are also great choices.
