Uconnect issue
016 grand Cherokee 75th anniversary edition. Odd problem. Heated seats and steering wheel don’t work. I updated my Uconnect software and now the heated seat and steering wheel icons stay on but no heat. Also, the compass has two dashes - -. I can’t use the touch screen to adjust the temperature but the buttons below work fine. It didn’t all go out at the same time however. Now the heat barely trickles out.
The radio and Sirius and phone options on screen work just fine.
I took it in to see my mechanic regarding the heat issue. He was able to disable the stereo and the heat came out fine. He hooks the stereo back up and the heat trickles out. At a loss
