Wont crank fuses, starter or electrical problem????

ONE DAY DRIVING I HEAR A CLICKING NOISE UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL AND ALONG WITH THE CLICKING DIFFERENT ELECTRICAL THINGS WOULD COME ON THEN TURN OF EXAMPLE: I HEAD THE CLICKING NOISE AGAIN AND LOOKED AT THE INSTRUMENTS NOTICED THAT THE 4X4 WAS TURNING ON THEN OFFF... ON THEN OFF.... ALONG WITH THE INTERIOR LIGHTS?????? THE CLICKING NOISE I FIGURED WOULD BE THE IGNITION SWITCH SO GO ONE OF THEM PUT IT IN THE TRUCK NOW THE THING WONT CRANK???????????? POWER IT THE I HAVE 2 BATTERIES POWER IS THE EVERYTHING LIGHTS UP BUT WONT CRANK I HEAR A LIGHT THUMP IN THE FIRE WALL THATS THE RELAY I THING WORKING PROPERLY OR EGR OR WHAT EVER , IS IT A STARTER OR A PROBLEM WITH MY FUSES UNDER THE HOOD??? LOVE THIS TRUCK TRITON IS ALL RIGHT NOT A BIG FORD FAN BUT THIS TRUCK I LIKE 2V 5,4..... ONE OF THE FEW TRUCKS I CAN ACTUALLY WORK ON ANYWAYS SOME HELP
