1977 Dodge Camper Van

Hey you all out there. I am in love with a Dodge 1977 Camper van. It has a 360 v8 engine and 727 automatic transmission. It has 100,000 KM (around 62,000 miles) It is in good shape. It has been well maintained over the years (used to belong to a dealer mechanic) How long should this engine last? Also is it true I can still get ALL (engine) parts for this van ? That is what I was told and I would be thrilled. Any help ASAP out there I would be super grateful. It would be my first Dodge!!
