Interference with EZ Pass

We've noticed that our EZ Pass doesn't work with our 2021 Ascent. Tried moving it around to different spots on the windshield and even holding out the window. Seems there's some interference with the radio frequency the pass is using.
Any ideas what the car is emitting over radio and how to change the frequency of it?
