Just replaced my alternator and now the car won't start

I had the alternator replaced in my 2012 Santa Fe today. When leaving the shop it started up fine. I drove for probably half an hour after leaving. I was home for a couple hours. When I went to go out again the car wouldn't start. I have power to everything else. I had the battery hooked up to another car for about 20 minutes and still no start.

Any insight?
