Battery/ power

2017 highlander : has shutdown while driving in a 60. Sometimes will not start on its own. Battery was checked all cells are fine.
Dealership says it’s the battery. Which is on back order and is appx $400 . Does this seem right? Has anyone else had similar issues?

    Perhaps a loose battery connection rather than the battery itself.
