Is there a way for me to see why my car's vehicle report has a discrepancy on the mileage?

My car is a lemon and I've been researching it recently and discovered there's a discrepancy on the history report with mileage. Is there a way to determine why? 3KPFK4A76HE140600 Kia forte 2017. It has been nothing but one problem after next like shutting off while I'm driving and not starting

    Can you share specifics? By far the most common reason would be a typo.
