SRX Not Accelerating

Our 2014 SRX is not responding to the accelerator. The RPMs are capped at about 2000. There are no lights on the dash. Has anybody out there had a similar issue? Even in park, the engine does not respond beyond 2000 RPMs when the accelerator is pushed down.

    In park/neutral RPM will be limited by the engine control system. It should however go above 2000 rpm. If I was looking at this the first data pids that I would be paying attention to would be:
    Throttle position actual versus desired.
    Engine RPM
    Calculated Engine Load
    Fuel system (open versus closed loop)
    Fuel trims, all of them if in closed loop. If in open loop at least the long term trim.
    Mass airflow, Manifold vacuum (if used)
    Fuel pressure
    O2 sensor signals
    Misfire counters

    There is more but this is a start.
