Shimmy in the front right

Ok. My car fell off of the chintzy jack (my fault, let's not dwell on it HAHAHAHA) while I was changing a flat tire. It landed directly on the rotor. I replaced the rotor but still have a pretty significant vibration in the front left wheel. the tire IS balanced.
My question is: Would I have damaged the wheel bearing, ir could I have bent the half shaft? I can afford to replace one right now, but not both.
