Hilarious statement: "The Tesla might go from 0 to 60 in just 2.3 seconds, but it can drain your wallet even quicker. The Plaid starts at $129,990, and that's before you add in the $10,000 option for Tesla's highly touted Full Self-Driving Capability feature."
Does Mercedes EQS has a similar optional feature?

As if a bigger gas tank and huge engine make a great luxury car. Anyone who examines the Mercedes side by side with the Tesla would laugh. The Mercedes is a REAL luxury car, inside and out. The Tesla is a stupid looking superfast go cart with a computer in a flat featureless "dash." The MB features are unbelievable, the materials are first rate AND you have actual manufacturer/dealer facilities and backup. Real leather v Tesla plastic. Real controls, a multi tiered computer dash, lighting inside and out which is 22nd century, articulated rear wheel for short turning radius, on and on. Mercedes has not missed a trick. Even passenger doors which open and close themselves. Amazing. Quieter, smoother, endless luxury features for comfort, better seating, quieter by far. Who believes that being able to go 150 mph or having slightly better "range" (possibly) is even a consideration. As for charging, if you can afford one of these cars, you can afford installation of a Level 2 charger which obviates the need for supercharging at higher cost.
