    Promises from Ford -- I have been waiting for this BlueCruise promise, and Ford just markets the functionality but never delivers.

    Ford has done a terrible job at communicating with their Dealers and their Customers that have purchased vehicles with BlueCruise capabilities ($$$$).

    Ford must deliver - or start a Buy-Back initiative to allow us to purchase competitors product with fully functional systems.
