help won't crank - '01 Grand Marquis

i replace my daughters heater core and after i gotten it all put together it now turns over but want run i had two plugs behind glove box small one and a big one the little one plugs into the air bag i know that but there's not a place on air bag to plug it into help me figure what i did wrong i thought maybe oit was the cable to the shifter i had to remove in order to drop the steering wheel down so i have asses to heater core i haven't a clew IVE checked all my big connectors by foot on floorboard at driver side floor and passenger floor
